Summary of the establishmentanddevelopment
Date of establishment:3108 1958 titled “Architecture Company in Hai Phong”, under the Ministry ofConstruction.
May 08 1973 changed to “Hai Phong Construction Company”, under the Ministry of Construction.
In December 1981 changed to “Construction Company No. 16”, under the Ministry of Construction.
Due to the strong growth of the Construction Company No. 16, 15 May 03 1996, pursuant to Decision No. 90 / TTg dated 07 January 03, 1994 Prime Minister, Minister of Construction issued Decision No. 270 / BXD-TCLĐ established “Corporation Bach Dang Construction”, under the Ministry of Construction on the basis of the 16 Construction company.
