After checking the site, Mr. Nguyen Xuan Binh chaired the review meeting of the project’s progress. The meeting was attended by the representatives of Employer, Contractor, Hai Phong’s and An Duong’s departments and committees.

At the meeting, the representatives of Employer, Contractor, Hai Phong’s and An Duong’s departments and committees submitted their full reports of construction progress, work quality, the arrangement for putting finished items in use, capital facts, clearance work, construction work, problems needed for instructions from city leaders.

To wrap up the meeting, Mr. Nguyen Xuan Binh recognized, dignified and highly appreciated the determination of PMU and BDCC as the Contractor to well satisfy the demands of progress, quality, and labor hygiene safety, fire and explosion prevention. For the next period, the city leader asked Department of Construction to regularly monitor and steer the PMU and BDCC to promote their spirit of responsibility for the project, especially taking consideration on labor hygiene safety, fire and explosion prevention. He also asked the others related (Traditional Medicine Hospital, Emergency Department 115) to urgently appraise the detailed estimate of their movement to new base for an approval from city leaders. He asked Department of Finance, Department of Plan and Investment to make a preparation plan and call for funds in accordance with the project’s progress. He finally asked An Duong district to quickly finalize the clearance work for the last 01 household to hand over the project’s plan.
