Viet Nam petroleum joint-stock Finance Corporation (PVFC) commenced to build PVFC branch at 3A, Le Hong Phong street, Dong Khe ward, Ngo Quyen district, Hai Phong City.

On the 4th July 20029,
PVFC branch’s office in Hai Phong built on the area of 1100m2, the building
with total floor area is 130.000m2, including 19 floors, and a basement, and
designed with distinctive architecture, anti-sunlight glass used and the energy
save. The project was owned by Viet Nam
petroleum Finance & Land joint-stock Corporation, with total investment
Capital 193 bil.VND. It will be completed and used in the fourth quarter of 2011.
TMC erection and Construction Investment joint- stock Company (under Bach Dang
Construction Corporation) is the main Contractor.
