Cụ thể: giá trị sản xuất kinh doanh 6.458 tỷ đồng đạt 103% kế hoạch; Doanh thu 4.205 tỷ đồng đạt 102% kế hoạch; Lợi nhuận sau thuế 49,12 tỷ đồng; Nộp ngân sách 117,2 tỷ đồng; Thu nhập bình quân đầu người 8,2 triệu đồng/người/tháng, đảm bảo cổ tức cho cổ đông.

Phát huy thế mạnh truyền thống là lĩnh vực xây lắp, Tổng công ty đã tăng cường công tác thị trường tìm kiếm việc làm và đã trúng thầu nhiều dự án lớn, trọng điểm quốc gia với giá trị trúng thầu hơn 4.000 tỷ đồng. Việc trúng thầu các dự án lớn đã khẳng định uy tín, thương hiệu của Tổng công ty, thể hiện qua các công trình, dự án mà Tổng công ty đã và đang thi công đều đảm bảo tốt các yêu cầu của chủ đầu tư về tiến độ, chất lượng, an toàn lao động, được các đầu tư, thầu chính trong và ngoài nước đánh giá cao.
Bên cạnh công tác chỉ đạo SXKD, Lãnh đạo Tổng công ty luôn đặc biệt quan tâm, chăm lo đời sống cho CBCNV, bảo đảm việc làm, tiền lương, tiền thưởng, trợ cấp và các chế độ chính sách khác của Nhà nước, đẩy mạnh các hoạt động từ thiện, nhân đạo, góp phần tích cực cùng thành phố Hải Phòng thực hiện công tác an sinh xã hội.
Tại Đại hội, Hội đồng quản trị Tổng công ty đề ra các mục tiêu nhiệm vụ, giải pháp trong năm 2017, trong đó chú trọng thực hiện các giải pháp nâng cao chất lượng quản trị nhằm duy trì sự ổn định và phát triển bền vững, nâng cao hiệu quả sản xuất kinh doanh, hiệu quả đầu tư, mở rộng phạm vi hoạt động trên cả nước, tập trung thực hiện các dự án lớn, trọng điểm, tiếp tục khẳng định và giữ vững thương hiệu mạnh của ngành xây dựng Việt Nam.
