On 18th April 2014 morning, the annual general meeting of shareholders of Bach Dang 234 Construction Joint Stock Company was held at No. 2B Truong Chinh, Kien An, Hai Phong. Mr Nguyen Huy Hoan – Party Secretary, Chairman of members Council of Bach Dang Construction Corporation attended and made a speech to steer the meeting.

At the meeting, the results of business and production tasks in 2013, orientation plan for 2014 and audited financial statements of 2013 were passed with 100% of the vote.
The profit distribution plan of 2013 and 12% dividend yield/charter capital were approved with 100% of the vote.
The policy to increase charter capital to meet the demand and business production development orientation of the Company in the future was also discussed at the meeting.
