Attending for directing the Congress was Mrs. Nguyen Thi Thuy Le – President of Viet Nam Construction Union, Mr. Do Van Quang – Vice President of Viet Nam Construction Union, representatives of Viet Nam Construction Union functional departments, Mrs. Bui Thi Ngoc – Vice President of Hai Phong Labor Federation, Mr. Quach Van Binh – President of Hai Phong Construction Union, Mr. Dao Viet Dung – Secretary of BDCC Party Committee, Chairman of Management Board, Mr. Nguyen Trong Khai – Deputy Secretary of BDCC Party Committee, General Director, Mr. To Van Hue – BDCC Union President, Deputy General Director, other Deputy General Directors, leaders of BDCC functional departments, and 101 delegates representing 20 union bases and local mass media.

Following the vote for Presidium, Secretariat and passing the congress agenda, the Review report on BDCC Union activities in term 2012 – 2017 and the directions for term 2017 – 2022 was submitted at the Congress. During the last term, BDCC Union activities had been kept stable and developed nonstop, contributing much into production – business activities of the Corporation: deeply and widely implement the propaganda work to every union member of Communist Party’s policies, State laws, Communist Party Committees’ and Union Committees’ resolutions; other tasks got special attention as: represent and protect the legal benefits and rights, take care for life standards of union members, launch the emulation, social work, charity work… highly appreciated by Communist Party and Union Upper Committees, attracting many union members to join activities. In the next term, BDCC Union shall continue to build a firm organization, contributing to completion of production – business tasks, especially adapting to new model of management, organization after State’s capital withdrawal is finished.
Speaking for directing the Congress, Mrs. Nguyen Thi Thuy Le – Viet Nam Construction Union agreed and dignified the achievements of BDCC Union in the last term. She emphasized: In the new term, Union Executive Committee was requested to promote the achievements as well as enhance the propaganda to staffs and union members in advisory work to BDCC leaders to complete State capital withdrawal as directed by Government and MOC, adapting to new model of production management and encourage its staffs at work.
Mr. Dao Viet Dung – Chairman of BDCC Management Board made his speech at the Congress, recognizing, dignifying and highly appreciating the results that BDCC Union had achieve during the last term. Besides, he suggested taking more care to material, spiritual life as well as wishes union members and other staffs, building a firm organization, keeping creative, encouraging union members to actively complete all tasks, deserving an organization representing and protecting legal rights for staffs and workers.
The Congress proceeding the vote
The Congress proceeded to vote for Union Executive Committee of the new term 2017-2022 including 17 members, for delegation to attend Vietnam Construction Congress session XIII with 03 members (including 01 alternative delegate), for delegation to attend Hai Phong Union Congress session XIV with 01 member and agree to pass the Resolution.

Promoting the achievement in term 2012 – 2017, BDCC Union Executive Committee term 2017-2022 made their promise to the Congress and all staffs – union members to be a solidary organization, successfully performing the goal and tasks that Congress assigned, contributing to the stable development of Bach Dang Construction Corporation – JSC.
