On 25th April 2014 morning, the annual general meeting of shareholders of Bach Dang 5 Joint Stock Company was held. Mr Nguyen Huy Hoan – Party Secretary, Chairman of members Council of Bach Dang Construction Corporation attended and made a speech to control the meeting.

At the meeting, the results of business and production tasks in 2013, business and financial plan for 2014, and audited financial statements of 2013 were ratified.
Mr Nguyen Trong Khai – Member of Management Board, Director of the Company made presentation report at the meeting
The profit distribution plan and dividend yield of 2013 were ratified at the meeting; Management Board and Inspection board of finance were also strengthened.
