CCDC consists of architectures, young and professional engineers and the top specialists from many fields to assist construction consultancy and design. CCDC is also in collaboration with many foreign consultant & design companies and Vietnam Universities and Institutes.
 
Main activities

– Make technical economic report, investment report on industrial, civil, resort, urban and industrial zone  technical infrastructure reports;
– Design general plan, master plan, architecture, internal & external decoration for industrial, civil, public facilities, urban technical  restructure, resort , industrial zone;
– Design detail plan of urban area, industrial zone, resort;
– Design power line, power station upto 35KV;
– Design road, site filling;
– Consult on bidding and economic contract;
– Reconsideration of project, investment, design and estimation budget;
– Consult on project management, quality management, quantity of construction projects;
– Experiment to check or supply technical data for design, reconsideration, value the quality of the construction project;
– Survey, make technical design and budget for project, measure and make map 1/2000;
– Consult, survey, value capacity of natural resources material,  mine;
– Survey and exploit water resource;
– Consult on housing, urban and industrial zone development business;
– Invest, make business, exploit material, fuel and construction material;
– Art internal & external decoration, especially for construction project;
– Study and work out the reasons of construction project problem & the method to recover it;
– Make construction model for research study;
– be general contractor for industrial, civil building, cultural, education, hospital, and job training project;
– Make report on environmental affect for investment project;
– Consult and construct IT, industrial and civil project;
– Design and install automatic control system  for industrial and civil building project.

– PTW Architecture (Australia) for consultant and design for high international standards project in Vietnam
– Ranhill Bersekutu SDN BHD (Malayxia) for consultant, development treated water, transportation, irrigation, environment, construction, structure, geology, energy industry, expressway, high building, bridge, railway, water project.
– Metronic Engineering SDN BHD (Malaixia) for consultant supply auto control system, security device for high building.
– BKACAD (Hanoi Polytechnics University) for construction consultant and design, training, development study, transfer technology, invest and develop IT and telecommunication. industrial and civil construction.
