On the date of 9/11/2008, Joint operation of China and Vietnam contractors, in which one of the key contractor – Bach Dang Construction Corporation were start to construct contract package no. 2: Design, procurement equipment and material, construction and technical service (EPC) under the Investment and Innovation technology of Quan Trieu Cement plant Project at An Khanh commune, Dai Tu village, Thai Nguyen province.

amount of Project is USD 67,63 million, construction time is 24 months.
