On 29/7/2016, BDCC Party Committee organized a Conference for all party members to study, heighten the awareness, and deploy Party’s Resolution of Conference XII and Haiphong Party Committee’s Resolution of Conference XV. Comrade Pham Van Vuong – Permanent Deputy Head of Haiphong Municipal Propaganda and Training Committee came, led and directly instructed the basic content to the whole Conference.
