On the date of 01/09/2008, Bach Dang Joint Stock Company No. 10 – subsidiary of BDCC has signed contract with Tran Hong Quan Ltd., Co. to construct Crown Plaza Project – Apartment block and Office block amount VND 105,6 billion.
The project is
located at Lot X7 belong to High class athlete training centre at Le Duc Tho
Road, My Dinh, Tu Liem, Ha Noi. The construction work begin at 03/09/2008 and shall finish after 08
months.
