On 26th March 2013, the contract of paving works – package A6 of Noi Bai – Lao Cai highway project was signed by and between Bach Dang Construction Corporation and main Contractor – Doosan Heavy Industries & Construction Co. Ltd invested by Viet Nam expressway investment and development Corporation (VEC). The contract sum of over 300 billion VND, and the period of construction schedule is expected to be 15 months.
Right after signing the contract, the preparation for execution of the
project was urgently carried out: Establishment of Project Management
Board with experienced staffs and site management capacity; mobilizing
high skilled workers with experience in road construction; Deployment of
