Nhấn mạnh tầm quan trọng của dự án đối với công tác an sinh xã hội của Thành phố trong việc cải thiện điều kiện vệ sinh môi trường; giải quyết tình trạng ngập nước cục bộ một số nơi trên địa bàn thành phố khi có lượng mưa lớn; cải tạo, nâng cấp hệ thống giao thông nơi địa bàn dự án đi qua. Phó Chủ tịch chỉ đạo chính quyền các địa phương nơi triển khai dự án khẩn trương giải quyết dứt điểm các vướng mắc về mặt bằng thi công trước ngày 31/10/2016 bàn giao cho Nhà thầu thi công; Nhà thầu thi công cần chuẩn bị về nhân lực, thiết bị sẵn sàng đẩy nhanh tiến độ thi công khi được bàn giao mặt bằng để nhanh chóng hoàn thành dự án đưa vào sử dụng, bên cạnh đó cần đặc biệt quan tâm đảm bảo chất lượng công trình và an toàn lao động.
