On the morning of 9 June 2009 at Regiment 50 Do Son – Military headquarter of Hai Phong City, vice president of Hai Phong’s people committee: Do Trung Thoai – Departmental manager of sport festival opened the National defence sport Festival of year 2009 – Hai phong City. The festival took place for 3 days from 9 – 12 of June, 2009, it consists of 3 main contents: 3 military sport events were combined with arbalest, martial art.
