Signing Ceremony of Overall Cooperation Agreement between Bach Dang Construction Corporation and Vietnam Public Joint Stock Commercial Bank (PVcomBank)

The signing ceremony was attended and and witnessed by Mr. Cao Lai Quang – member of Party Committee, Deputy Minister of Construction, Mr. Do Trung Thoai – Vice Chairman of Hai Phong people’s committee, Mr. Le Vu Thanh – Chairman of Hai Phong Party Inspection Committee, Mr. Le Van Cuong, director of the State Bank – Hai Phong branch, Mr. Ninh Van Quynh – Deputy General Director of Petrol Vietnam; representative leaders of ministries, central agencies, leaders of Hai Phong City’s departments.

The ceremony was attended by Mr. Nguyen Huy Hoan – Party Secretary, Mr. Dao Viet Dung – Chairman of Management Board, Mr. Le Trung Kien – General Director of  Bach Dang Construction Corporation; Mr. Vu Huy An – Party Secretary, member of Management Board, Mr. Nguyen Dinh Lam – Chairman of Management Board, Mr. Nguyen Hoang Linh – Standing Deputy Director of PVcomBank; leaders and employees of Bach Dang Construction Corporation and PVcomBank together with national and local newspapers and televisions attended the meeting.

According to the overall cooperation agreement between BDCC and PVcomBank, PVcomBank willl committed to provide comprehensive banking services, including: deposit – taking services, accounts payable management services, credit supply and loan arrangement, financial advisory services, personal financial services.

Besides, PvcomBank and BDCC also signed the credit limit contract worth 700 billion VND in 2014 . This is a limit credit contract for guarantee and lending to serve the projects of BDCC in 2014.

Speaking at the ceremony, Mr. Cao Lai Quang – member of  Communist Party Committee, Deputy Minister of Construction acknowledged and highly appreciated the capacity, experience and contributions of Bach Dang Construction Corporation during the process of 56 years for construction, protection and development of the homeland; he also highly appreciated the capacity, experience of PVcomBank for providing financial services to Enterprises in the field of oil and gas, energy and infrastructure. He believed the successful cooperation of Dang Construction Corporation and PVcomBank Bach would contribute more and more to the development two parties.

On behalf of Bach Dang Construction Corporation, Mr Dao Viet Dung – Chairman of Management Board thanked the leaders of Construction Ministry, Hai Phong people’s committee for their care to the Corporation and thanked all the guests and the media agencies for their presence at the ceremony.
