Bach Dang
Construction Corporation participates in performing Package 14 “Construction of
the 15-floor building under the Investment and construction project of Student’s
dormitory buildings (stage 1) that belonged to PMU of Construction and
Development of Urban under the Hai Phong Construction Department. This Contract
valued 140,309,114,000.0 VND. The construction schedule is 18 months. Commencement
date is 20th October 2009.
This 15-floor
building occupied 30,000.0 m2, included 432 apartments and other auxiliary
works that meet the needs of accommodation for 2,600 students. Yard, civil
road, landscaping area, lighting area, water supply and drainage systems… occupied
40% of floor area.
From the 1st to
the 3rd floor will be arranged for garage, management service, trading service,
electronic library, area of culture and sport… The rest floors will be arranged
for student’s dormitory, each self-contained apartment is 25,5 m2; 37,8 m2 and 50,4
m2 that are suitable for the needs and activities condition of the students,
including research students and foreign students.
Construction
Joint Stock Co. No.203, under BDCC, that performs the abovesaid work.
