The ceremony on appointing new Director of Department of Planning and Investment

At the meeting, Mr. Pham Hong Ha – Deputy General of Hai Phong Home Affair Department declared the Decision of Hai Phong People’s Committee  to receive and appoint Mr. Le Trung Kien – Commissioner, BDCC’s Party Secretary and General Director to be Director of Planning and Investment Department in 05-year period.

Speaking at the meeting, Hai Phong People’s Committee’s Chairman – Mr Nguyen Van Tung emphasized that the appointment of Mr. Le Trung Kien showed the city’s credibility and high appreciation on his moral qualities and professional capacities. Chairman believed that he would promote his competence, intelligence to enhance the solidarity among Planning and Investment Department personnel to complete all designed tasks.
