To celebrate the 82nd year anniversary of Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union (26/3/1931-26/3/2013), towards 55 year traditional anniversary of Bach Dang Construction Corporation (31/8/1958 – 31/8 2013), the second Football tournament was organized by Youth Union of Bach Dang Construction Corporation.

The tournament took place from 23rd to 26th March 2013 at Viet Anh – Kien An artificial stadium, Hai Phong. It consists of 08 teams representing 11 member Companies of the Corporation, subsidiaries, associated companies of the Corporation. The teams were divided into two groups to play in the form of round robin tournament to select 04 semi-finalist teams. The matches took place with the cheers of the fans. With the enthusiastic spirit of competition, all the players have devoted their efforts on the footbal ground and gave the audience marvelous scores and attractive matches .
