Leaders of 2 sides signing for the comprehensive cooperation
Attending the ceremony was Mr. Le Khac Nam – Member of Hai Phong Standing Committee, Permanent Vice-Chairman of Hai Phong People’s Committee and Leaders of Committee of Propaganda, Municipal Audit Committee, Leader representatives of Enterprise Management Services, Department of Personnel and Organization from Ministry of Construction, Leaders of BDCC and Hai Phong Vicem Cement Company, and many correspondents from newspaper agencies, central and local television stations.
At the ceremony, leaders of two sides made reports to leaders of MOC, Hai Phong city of their achievements as well as the challenges coming in the next period. They also expressed their expectation for a good comprehensive strategic cooperation which would bring new successes and a stable development to both sides.

Mr. Le Khac Nam – Member of Hai Phong Standing Committee, Vice-Chairman of Hai Phong People’s Committee sated that was an event of good news and importance to Hai Phong city. BDCC was a strong enterprise with much experience and reputable trademark in construction industry, which owned skilled builders whose footsore were found around the country. Vicem Hai Phong was also a company with a long history of being with Hai Phong people, being named under the great works as Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum – “Cement rewards Uncle Ho”
Mr. Le Khac Nam dignifying the contribution of both sides and expressing his belief for this cooperation which would distribute to the development of enterprises as well as promote the development of social economics of Hai Phong city
Mr. Le Khac Nam claimed that both sides in this signing ceremony was of suitable alliance and arranged thanks to Goodness. On behalf of city leaders, he dignified two enterprises who had obtained a lot of achievements and contribution to the development of Hai Phong’s social economics.
The signing ceremony took place successfully in celebratory atmosphere of all delegates and was regarded as a milestone in the development history of both businesses.
