Công trình thuộc gói thầu A1 dự án cải thiện điều kiện vệ sinh môi trường Hải Phòng, Tuyến 1 – ống bê tông cốt thép bắt đầu từ cầu Quay (cọc S1.01) đến trạm bơm điểm A đoạn cống Luồn – đường Lán Bè (cọc P1.01) với Tổng chiều dài Tuyến 1028 m, bao gồm tuyến ống bê tông cốt thép tự chảy DN800 dài 740m và tuyến ống bê tông cốt thép tự chảy DN1000 dài 288 m.
Trước những khó khăn về mặt bằng chật hẹp, vướng mắc nhiều công trình ngầm, công trình nổi và công việc thi công bị gián đoạn một thời gian để Chủ đầu tư, Tư vấn rà soát lại thiết kế, điều chỉnh biện pháp thi công, Các thầu phụ: Công ty CP Bạch Đằng 7, Công ty CP Xuất nhập khẩu và XD Bạch Đằng đã và đang khắc phục mọi khó khăn, huy động mọi nguồn lực để đẩy nhanh tiến độ thi công.
Hiện tại, Nhà thầu đang triển khai thi công tại phân đoạn S1.10-28.5m. Nhà thầu đã lắp đặt được trên Tuyến 1 tính đến thời điểm này là 468,6m.
