In compliance with the directives from the General Director of Bach Dang Construction Corporation, on December 3, 2023, the company conducted a visit and inspection at the Social Housing Project in Sapa, Lao Cai Province. During the visit, the working delegation inspected labor safety and hygiene, project documentation, construction progress, and the quality of the construction.

Based on the inspection results, the Project Management Board of the Social Housing Project in Sapa diligently adhered to labor safety measures and project construction progress.

Currently, Bach Dang Construction Corporation has completed Package BP02 and is expeditiously implementing Package BP03 to hand over to the investor according to the schedule.

The Social Housing Project for low-income individuals in the Northwest Reserves – SaPa Town – Lao Cai Province is one of the key projects of the Government aimed at improving living conditions and socio-economic development for people in highland areas. The total project land area is 25,371 square meters, with a construction area of 40%, consisting of 5 separate buildings with 917 apartment units. The project has a total investment of 925 billion VND.
