The investment and extension project of the main route acrossing Dinh Vu Industrial Zone, Hai Phong City owned by Transportation Department of Hai Phong with total investment of over 683 billion VND. The project is to renovate and expand the 5.280m existing road (roadbed is 23m wide) upto the first grade road (technical grade 80); design speed is 80km/h; width of roadbed is 68m; along the route are the water supply work, drainage work, electricity work, communications, lighting, landscaping which create the modern technical infrastructure for Dinh Vu area. Arterial roads are full Dinh Vu area in the province of Dong Hai Ward 2 (Hai An). The first point adjacent to the motorway junctions Ha Noi Hai Phong Expressway. Endpoint adjacent arterial roads of South Dinh Vu Industrial Zone.
