Bid Package 8A (Building the main section block 4, 5, 6 and construction equipment – Investment Project building Viet – Tiep hospital 2) values more than 438 VND billion, generally invested by Hai Phong Health Agency. The site is situated in An Dong commune, An Duong district, Hai Phong city.

Presently, BDCC basically completed pile pressing, deploying soil excavation, sections’ pile head cutting and on progress of rebar arrangement for Block 6. The general construction volume on 9th October gained 15%, well responding to the plan, exceeding the progress requirements, ensuring the quality, labor safety and hygiene.

This is a construction of paramount importance in the City, aiming at celebrating the City’s Party Congress. Directing at the project site, General Director requested Project Executive Board to be more drastic, taking the maximum concentration of executive work, directing the construction units to complement labor force and equipment, speeding up the construction work, ensuring to rightly meet the requirement to shorten the progress from the Investor. Besides, the construction quality and the labor safety and hygiene need taking in top consideration.

Overview of 8A Bidden Package

Bid Package B (Building Vinh Niem sewage disposal factory) values 180 VND billion. The factory is situated on the area of 17.5 ha, with the design capacity of wastewater treatment of 36,000 m3 per day.

Up to now, BDCC has finished 40% of landfill work, completing the basement and pile part of adjusting tank 1, 2 and aroten tank 1. The construction work has met the requirement of progress, quality, labor safety and hygiene.

At construction site General Director asked the Project Executive Board to reinforce the executive work, directing the construction units to complement labor force and equipment, focusing on speeding up the construction work, ensuring to well meet the requirement of the project’s progress, quality, labor safety and hygiene.

Bid package A2 (Building the sewage system: system 2, system 3 and An Kim Hai Canal, Phuong Luu drain box system – Project of Hai Phong drainage – sewage disposal and solid management) is generally invested by Hai Phong People’s Committee. It is valued at 297 VND billion as signed between BDCC and Main Contractor according to adjusted price unit.

Right after the contract being signed, BDCC set up Project Executive Board, directing construction units (Bach Dang Construction Company JSC. 201, Bach Dang Company JSC. 5) to quickly muster the labor force and equipment, simultaneously deploying 6 construction points as planed). Up to now, all 285m of drain box system (size: 6.9×3.75m) has been finished. Construction points are ing on with next culvert segments.

Inspecting at the construction site, General Director Le Trung Kien recognized and highly appreciate the efforts of Project Executive Board who attempted to overcome all difficulties of complicated execution plan and work conditions to finish work as planned, meeting the Investor’s requirement of progress, quality, labor safety and hygiene. General Director asked Project Executive Board and construction units to promote their creativity and determination to overcome all difficulties to complete the project and satisfy project’s demands.
