General Director Le Trung Kien with BDCC’s task force checking at 8A’s site

CW 8A (building mail block item 4, 5, 6 and constructing equipment – Investment project of Viet Tiep Hospital 2) with value of more than 439 VND billion in contract is invested by Hai Phong Department of Health. Its site is situated in An Dong commune, An Duong district, Hai Phong.
 
Up to 30th December 2015, the work capacity has been completed of 38% as approved by the Investor, well meeting the requirements of procedure, quality, technical-art and labor safety, and having high appreciation from Investor and Supervising Consultant.

Reinforcement for item’s floor, piles

This is a major project of the city. Directing at the site, General Director requested Project Management Board to most focus on management work, directing the execution units to remain labor number, execution equipment to meet the requirements of shortening the procedure from Investor. Besides, they must take care for the quality and labor safety and hygiene.

 

 

Overview of 8A’s site

CW B (Building Vinh Niem sewage disposal plant) values 180 VND billion in contract. The plant is situated on the area of 17.5 ha, with the design capacity of wastewater treatment of 36,000 m3 per day

Up to 30th December 2015, Up to now, BDCC has finished 54% of landfill work, completing the work of adjusting tank 1, 2; finished with 186/186 central piles of primary sedimentation tank and dealing with excavation; finished with 264/357 central piles of aroten tank. The construction work has met the requirement of progress, quality, labor safety and hygiene.

Execution of pile pressing and landfill

At the site, General Director asked Project Management Board to promote management work, directing the execution unit to supplement the labor, equipment to speech up the procedure, meeting the project’s demands.

CW A2 (Building the sewage system: system 2, system 3 and An Kim Hai Canal, Phuong Luu drain box system – Project of Hai Phong drainage – sewage disposal and solid management ) is generally invested by Hai Phong People’s Committee. It is valued 297 VND billion as signed between BDCC and Main Contractor according to adjusted price unit.

Up to 30th December 2015, BDCC finished 20% of work. Execution points have gained and exceeded the schedule, meeting the demands of quality, technical-art, labor safety. The total of 285-m drain box (6,9×3,75m) has been finished. They are ing on with next culverts.

Investigating at the site, General Director Le Trung Kien recognized and appreciated the efforts of Project management board and execution units to overcome difficulties of plans and complicated execution condition to complete the schedule, meeting the Investor’s demands of procedure, quality, labor safety and hygiene. General Director asked Project management board and execution units to promote their creative spirit, determination to get overcome all difficulties to fulfill project’s requests.
