Bidding Packge C: Building Gia Minh solid waste treatment complex, belonging to Project of Hai Phong drainage – sewage disposal and solid waste management, Period 1. It is invested by Hai Phong People’s Committee, represented by Project Management Board of Haiphong environment – hygiene condition improvement. The Project uses the ODA from Japanese and counterpart fund from City’s People’s Committee. The joint venture of Bach Dang Construction Corporation and Viet Uc Corporation acts as the Contractor. The contract values more than VND 796,000,000,000, in which BDCC occupies 55% and Viet Uc Corporation takes 45%. Construction time lasts 32 months.

The solid waste treatment complex, built in Gia Minh Commune, Thuy Nguyen District and Trang Cat Ward, Hai An District. The area runs to 65.85 ha, in which Gia Minh Commune takes 64.8 ha (including the solid waste treatment complex of 38.2 ha and the isolation buffer of 26.6 ha), Trang Cat Ward takes 1.05 ha

– Gia Minh solid waste treatment complex consists of a landfill, a sewage collection system, a sewage treatment area, a traffic, a drainage system, a supplementary administrative residence, a water distribution system, a power supply system, groundwater monitoring wells, an isolation buffer.
