On 03/01/2020 morning, at Hai Phong Military Headquarter, Hai Phong People’s Committee held the Ceremony to sum up the national defense and local military work in 2019. Attending the Ceremony was Mr. Nguyen Van Tung – Vice Secretary of Hai Phong Municipal Party Committee, Chairman of Hai Phong People’s Committee; Brigadier Bui Cong Chuc – Deputy Political Commissar of High Command of Military Region 3; leader representatives, standing members of Municipal Party Committee, Municipal People’s Committee, leaders of Military Command and other departments, services. Comrade Pham Duc Thang – Vice Secretary of BDCC Party Committee, Deputy General Director, BDCC Self-defense military Commander-in-chief, as the Head of Emulation Group of 10 Local Self-defense military commands came to attend and make speech at the Ceremony.

In 2019, receiving the attention and direction of Hai Phong Party Committee, Hai Phong People’s Committee, especially the direct command of Party Committee and Heads of Hai Phong Military Command, Party Committee, Board of Directors, Governing Board, The Military Commands of 10 units always comprehended and deployed to strictly perform the commands, orders, plans, directions of superior commander, applied many new methods in deploying the local military and national defense tasks. Emulation movements of the Group won high achievements in education, training and production labor, keeping stable jobs for staffs and completing local military and national defense tasks as well as making important distribution to success in developing economics, culture, society and general national defense – security of the city.
