Performing Plan No.554/KH-BCHQS-BDBP dated 31/01/2019 of Hai Phong city Military Command and Border Guard Head Quarters on holding the Commencement Ceremony of Military Training 2019, on 01/03/2019 morning, at Armored Tank Battalion 34 – at No.788, Thien Loi street, Le Chan district, Hai Phong city, BDCC self-defense militia force joined the Commencement Ceremony of Military Training 2019 and Launching the Emulation on promotion of tradition “Brave, Decisive”, with high determination to complete the tasks of military, local defense 2019 organized by Hai Phong city Military Command and Border Guard Head Quarters. Mr. Pham Duc Thang – BDCC Deputy General Director, Commander of BDCC miliraty command came to attend the ceremony.

In 2019, in the role of leading 10 self-defense militia commands under Hai Phong city Military Command, BDCC miliraty command takes responsibility of connecting, organizing, urging all activities of the group as well as make reports to Hai Phong city Military Command. At the Commencement Ceremony of Military Training 2019, Mr, Pham Duc Thang – Pham Duc Thang – BDCC Deputy General Director, Commander of BDCC miliraty command, on behalf of 10 self-defense militia commands under Hai Phong city Military Command, signed the Emulation Covenant, making commitment to complete the politic tasks in 2019.
