On the morning of September 19, 2022, at Van Huong Ward, Do Son District, Hai Phong City, Bach Dang Construction Corporation performed the ground-breaking ceremony, starting the bidding package: Construction of the underground part; Foundation; house body; building, plastering and finishing the exterior of 84 Shophouses and Villas – Zone VI (Eastern Marina) in lots ND-SH12 -:- ND-SH16; ND-BT24 -:- ND-BT27, Dragon Hill International Tourist Area Project.
The bidding package has a total value of more than 176 billion VND, constructing 40 shophouses and 44 villas; Construction time: 06 months from the date of handover of the construction site.
