Commencement of National Highway no. 21-2 Section Lac Quan – Thinh Long
On the date of 16/07/2008, Project Management Unit no. 18 and Joint Operation of Bach Dang Construction Corporation and Construction Transportation, Trading and Investment J.S Company no. 1 make the Groundbreaking Ceremony for contract package N.H 21-1 Section Lac Quan – Thinh Long.
Participating in
the meeting have Mr. Nguyen Hong Truong – Deputy Minister of Ministry of
Transportation, and leaders of Nam Dinh city.
The package Nam Dinh
– Lac Quan have total length is 32,9 km with amount of VND 230 billion shall be
construction in 24 months.
