Commercial Contract
On the 14th of February 2009, a commercial contract for construction of Package “Soil excavation and backfilling with suitable material” – (BHC-2) between Bach Dang Construction Corporation – Contractor and Vietnam Infrastructure Development and Finance Investment (VIDIFI., JSC) – Client was signed.
Package BHC-2 which
is under the construction investment Project of Hanoi-Haiphong Expressway
commenced on 25th February 2009
with its price of 108 millions VND during a period of 3.5 months. Package BHC-2
includes the construction of road section of 12.8km extending to Van Giang and
Yen My District, Hung Yen
Province. Bach Dang Construction
Corporation appointed Bach Dang 16 Investment and Development Joint Stock
Company to carry out this Package. The company in-charge is implementing their
works.
