The owner of the project was the consortium
of Bach Dang Joint Stock Company No.10 and Ha Tay Trading Joint Stock Company
with total investment value over 200 billion VND. The expected time of
completion will be 24 months from the commencement day.

Ministry, Deputy Minister Tran Van Son attended and gave command for the ground
breaking ceremony. He praised the efforts of staff members of Bach Dang
Construction joint stock Company No.10 for dynamic market development, and it
was considered to be the key mark of contribution of Bach Dang Construction
Corporation on the construction market of Ha Noi Capital development. He also
gave direction to construction teams that the all projects shall satisfy good

Enterprises in Construction Sector to resolve troubles in property market, and
