February 2013, Contract of bid Package 12 for construction of the main and ancillary works – Sail Training Center Project – Phase I, Haiphong City was signed by and between Joint Venture – Construction Investment Joint Stock Company No.5 – Bach Dang Construction Corporation and Management Board of Culture – Sports and Tourism of Hai Phong.
Total contract value is nearly 130 billion VND in which value of Bach
Dang Construction Corporation is over 60 billion VND. The period of
construction is expected from March 2013 to April 2014.

Investment
Project for Sail Training Center, Haiphong City – Phase I under
Department of Culture – Sports and Tourism of Hai Phong is located in
Minh Duc – Thuy Nguyen – Hai Phong where the sailing lessons of the
city’s squad shall be trained, worldwide and national tournaments shall
be organized, and resort – sport services shall be also expected to grow
in the future.
