Lớp bồi dưỡng cảm tình Đảng được tổ chức trong 02 ngày 18,19/4/2015. Tổng số 98/98 học viên tham dự lớp học là các quần chúng ưu tú được các cấp ủy của 21 Chi, Đảng bộ cơ sở thuộc Đảng bộ Tổng công ty Xây dựng Bạch Đằng lựa chọn. Các học viên sẽ được trang bị những nhận thức về Đảng, xác định động cơ vào Đảng và những kiến thức cơ bản về 05 chuyên đề:
1. Khái quát về lịch sử Đảng Cộng sản Viêt Nam;
2. Cương lĩnh xây dựng đất nước trong thời kỳ quá độ lên chủ nghĩa xã hội;
3. Nội dung cơ bản của điều lệ Đảng Cộng sản Việt Nam;
4. Học tập và làm theo tư tưởng, tấm gương đạo đức Hồ Chí Minh;
5. Phấn đấu trở thành đảng viên Đảng Cộng sản Việt Nam.

Sau 02 ngày học tập, các học viên đã hoàn thành chương trình khóa học. 100% các học viên dự học hoàn thành bài thu hoạch, thể hiện sự quyết tâm rèn luyện, và xây dựng tinh thần động cơ phấn đấu vào Đảng.
