Attending as witnesses at the ceremony were representatives of the Owner, Consultant; Director of Project Management Board, leaders of the construction Companies; Chairman of Lam Son Ward People’s Committee, head group of local streets No.11, 14, 16 – Lan Be road – Lam Son ward; representatives of the Corporation’s departments, construction teams and all staffs and workers participating in the project, leader representatives of construction Companies signed the commitment to reinstate Lan Be road before the Lunar New Year of 2014 and hand over to the Owner with the al of “Progress, Quality, Safety, Efficiency “.
