Urban Area located in An Khanh and An Thuong communes (Hoai Duc – Ha Noi) with
size of approximate 200 ha. SUDICO – the Owner has hired a competent foreign
consultant to design models of villa complex, neigbouring houses, high floor
apartments, office buildings, trading center, entertainment area with open
space, modern sightseeing, landscaping, gardens and other open-air areas such
as swimming pool, tennis court and others.

High Floor
Apartment CT1 – Nam An Khanh New Urban Area valued over 1,000 billions VND. The
construction schedule is 23 months. This project included 09 high buildings
of  17 – 18 floors and divided into 3 groups,
each one included  3 blocks sharing a
basement and pedestal. Apartments designed modernly, comfortably and the space
salvaged maximum with view of conditioning pool. After finishing, the project
will supply to the market about 90.000 m2 of floor equally to 800 apartments
that meet the need of citizens.
