At the recent time, we are finished the preparation works as: established the Project management unit ( Mr. Pham Quang Tuong – Deputy General Director concurrent post Director of PMU, Mr. Bui Thanh Kim – Civil Engineer is Vice Director), signed sub-contract with the subsidiaries company, construction transformer station and strive for complete leveling work at December 2008 to start construction the main work items.
