Attending the meeting were high level representatives: Mr Le Tri Vu – Member of the Standing Board, Head of the Youth of Hai Phong Young Members Group. Mr Nguyen Bich Hop – Member of the Executive Committee, Deputy Head of the Hai Phong Young Members Group , Mr Tran Viet Phuong – Member of the Executive Committee, Deputy Head of Personnel of Hai Phong Young Members Group; representatives of the leaders of the Corporation: Mr Nguyen Huy Hoan – member of Member Council of Housing and Urban Development Holdings, Party Secretary – Chairman of Member Council of the Corporation, Mr Doan Nc Anh – Member of the Executive Committee of Vietnam Trade Union Construction – member of the Standing Committee of the Party – Trade Union Chairman of the Corporation; and officials in the Executive Committee of the Youth Union of the Corporation, Secretaries of the Youth Union in member Companies of the Corporation.

The results of the Youth Union’s Work and the Youth Movement of the first 6 months, task oriented deployment of final 6 months in 2011 were reported. The comments and additive opinions for the report and orientation tasks of final 06 months were made.

The Conference also heard and absorbed the direction opinions of superior Youth organization and leaders of the Corporation.

The conference was conducted to consolidate the Executive Committee, Standing Board, Secretary of Youth Union of the Corporation, and came to agree: Agreed for Mr Nguyen Van Hung-Secretary of Youth Union to withdraw from the Youth Executive Committee of the Corporation; nominated Mr Tran Huy Hoang – member of Youth Executive Committee to join Standing Board of the Corporation and Secretary of Youth Union of the Corporation, nominated 02 members to join the Youth Executive Committee of the Corporation included Mr Tran Duc Hanh – Deputy Secretary of Youth Union of the Corporation and Ms Tran Thi Thuy Dung – member of Youth Executive Committee of the Corporation.
