Project Area: 132,248 m2
Location : in the Central of Nui Deo townlet, Thuy Nguyen district, Hai Phong city (8 km from the central of Haiphong City).

As proposed the infrastructure will be filling work, road work, water supply, drainage, power lines, lighting. There will be 145 independent villas with total 43,800m2 and 104 city houses with total 18,207m2; there will be a green area and sport area in the central of the project as a small park for the residents to do their relax, walking,… to keep od environment and beautiful landscape for the area. There will be also 01 primary school and a kindergarten, the convenient internal road net.

At the moment, Bach Dang is doing some formalities to adjust the Master Plan to meet the requirement of the city residents and speed up the Project in 2008.
