Attending the meeting were Mr Nguyen Huy Hoan – Party Secretary, Chairman of Member Council of the Corporation and Mr Pham Tien Hung – General Director of the Corporation, Mr Doan Ngoc Anh – Trade Union Chairman of the Corporation, and the Deputy General Directors, Heads and Deputy Heads of the Party Office, Youth Union secretary, Heads and Deputy Heads of the departments of the Corporation; Chairmen of Management Boards, Chief Accountants of member Companies and the Headmaster of Hai Phong Technicall Professional School.

 
The Conference heard business reports of 09 months in 2011 of the Corporation, although the world economy slowdowns which has impacted on the economy of Vietnam and domestic market has been largely affected; fiscal tightening policy of the Government; Frozen real estate market, construction investment capital has been cut down; bank interest rates remain at high level impacting to the performance of business and production plans of enterprises, but by the initiative in making forecasts and adjust the plan from the beginning in the market. Therefore, Bach Dang Construction Corporation maintains stable production and business plans. Production and business results of nine months achieved the following: business value of 2,912 billion, reaching 68% of the plan year, up 9% over to the same period in 2010; turnover: 2,025 billion revenue, reaching 69% of the plan year, up 10% compared to the same period in 2010; capital recovery: 2,159 billion, reaching 85% of the plan year, up 20% over the same period in 2010; State budget delivery: 75 billion , reaching 69% of the plan year, up 12% over the same period in 2010.
