On February 23, 2024, at the meeting room on the 8th floor of the Bach Dang Construction Corporation, a conference was held to discuss and deploy the business production plan for the year 2024. Mr. Dương Văn Thêm, the General Director of the Corporation, attended and chaired the conference. The conference was also attended by Mr. Trần Huy Hoàng, Deputy General Director of the Corporation, Mr. Hoàng Anh, Deputy General Director of the Corporation, along with directors of various departments, project teams, and office management officials of the Corporation.

At the conference, all departments presented and discussed their plans and strategies for the upcoming year. Highlighted plans included process improvement methods, enhanced personnel training, and the development of new projects.

The General Director personally listened to the reports and provided specific guidance for the plans. This created a serious, positive, and efficient working atmosphere throughout the conference. The summary of the Corporation’s conference outlined the production and business goals for 2024 as follows:

• New construction contract value: 1,700 billion VND.
• Capital recovery: 1,888 billion VND.
• Total revenue: 2,589 billion VND.
• Employee productivity ratio: 79 employees.

The conference concluded with a shared commitment from the leadership team and all departments of the Corporation. This commitment included a unanimous dedication to implementing the plans and achieving the goals, with the belief that unity and dedication will propel the company to new heights.
