Mr. Nguyen Huy Hoan – Party Secretary of the Corporation, Mr. Dao Viet Dung – Chairman of Members Council of the Corporation, Mr. Le Trung Kien – General Director of the Corporation; members of Party Committee, Council members, Board of Directors, Chairman of Trade Union, leaders of functional departments of the Corporation, leaders of member Companies of the Corporation, shareholders together with reporters from national and local newspapers and televisions attended the meeting..

Mr. Dang Van Long – Director of Business Administration Management Department of Construction Ministry announced the Prime Minister’s Decision on approving equitization and conversion of Bach Dang Construction Corporation in to Bach Dang Construction Corporation – Joint Stock Company and Decision on adjustment of equitization plan of Bach Dang Construction Corporation.

Mr. Ha Manh Hoat – Deputy Director of Personnel Department of Construction Ministry announced the Decision on appointing representatives for the State capital at the Corporation and introduced candidates hold positions at Bach Dang Construction Corporation – JSC

Mr. Dao Viet Dung – Chairman of members Council made a speech to open the meeting

The Charter of organization and operation, business and production plan for the period 2014-2019 were passed at the meeting. In which, the development orientation of the Corporation based on human resources and promotion of enterprise culture are pivotal factors. The consolidation and reorganization of management leaders from the Corporation’s head office to dependent Companies, and son Companies was implemented at the meeting. The Corporation has built business and production plan for period 2014-2019 to ensure the growth rate of 6-10% / year; determination of construction is the key area, boosting industrial production and construction materials, growing in housing business and taking care of designing surveys.

Mr. Le Trung Kien – General Director of the Corporation made a speech at the meeting

05 people of Management Board and 03 people of Financial Inspection Board of the Corporation in the period 2014 – 2019 were elected at the meeting. Mr. Dao Viet Dung was elected as Chairman of Management Board and Mr. Le Trung Kien was elected as General Director of the Corporation in the first meeting of Management Board.

Representatives for leaders of Personnel Department, Business Administration Department granted flowers to congratulate Financial Inspection Board of Bach Dang Construction Corporation – JSC

The bonus plans for Management Board and Financial Inspection Board in 2014 were passed at the meeting and the Management Board of the Corporation was authorized to select audit Company for financial statements in 2014 and the report will be informed to shareholders in the next meeting.

Speaking at the meeting, Deputy Minister of Construction Bui Pham Khanh and Vice Chairman of Hai Phong People’s Committee highly appreciated the efforts of Bach Dang Construction Corporation during the equitization process. The Corporation should focus on completing the next step to ensure requirements of a joint-stock Company. Deputy Minister of Construction Bui Pham Khanh noted that the Corporation should study and adjust the production and business plans in the period of 5 years and the next years for effectiveness, especially pay attention to the depth of human recourses, facilities and update new science and technology in order to maintain and improve prestige and brand of a strong Enterprise in the construction industry of Vietnam.
