On 26/05 morning, in Son Ha commune (Bao Thang district, Lao Cai province), Hai Phong People’s Committee in corporation with Lao Cai People’s Committee solemnly held the Grand opening and Hand-over ceremony of two-storey block in Primary School No.2, Son Ha commune and Community Activity House in Son Hai commune (Bao Thang district, Lao Cai province). Attending the ceremony was Mr. Le Khac Nam – Member of Municipal Standing Party Committee, Vice Chairman of Hai Phong People’s Committee, leaders of city services and departments, Mr. Nguyen Thanh Duong – Vice Chairman of Lao Cai People’s Committee, leaders of Lao Cai province and Bao Thang district’s services and departments, Hai Phong Fellowship Association in Lao Cai, Mr. Vu Thanh Phong – BDCC Deputy General Director.

Speaking at the ceremony, Mr. Le Khac Nam – Vice Chairman of Hai Phong People’s Committee, on speaking at the ceremony, told that on occasion of 55 years since Hai Phong people’s going to develop the new economy, culture, national defense in Lao Cai, Hai Phong Party Committee, Hai Phong People’s Council, Hai Phong People’s Committee had built two-storey block in Primary School No.2 in Son Ha commune and Community Activity House in Son Hai commune, Bao Thang district, Lao Cai province in order to show the gratitude to the pioneers who had opened the way to develop the mutual solidarity of two places.

He confirmed that the work was a precious gift showing the deep care of Hai Phong Party Committee and Hai Phong people to the people of Bao Thang district in general and Son Ha commune, Son Hai commune in particular. He emphasized the importance of the work which not only served cultural activities, education and training development in order to meet the minimal demand of classrooms for primary pupils and ensured their major conditions in study, but contribute to the work of performing Party’s and State policy in building new suburban and better  care for people-planting career as well.

Speaking at the ceremony, Mr. Vu Thanh Phong – BDCC Deputy General Director confirmed the importance of the work and contractor’s responsibility in execution. Thus, BDCC without care for time, focus their comprehensive man force and equipment to complete the work on schedule as well as ensure its quality, safety and environment hygiene.

Mr. Nguyen Thanh Duong – Vice Chairman of Lao Cai People’s Committee expressed their deep gratitude to Hai Phong city’s share and assistance, Contractor’s positiveness in construction. He asked Bao Thang People’s Committee to lead the other related operation units to operate the sponsored work properly. Emphasizing the traditional close mutual relationship between two locals, he required Bao Thang district a frequent care of people’s feelings and the close friendship between Hai Phong and Lao Cai.
