Sáng ngày 02/7/2013 ông Phạm Tiến Hưng Tổng giám đốc Tổng công ty đã đi kiểm tra tiến độ thi công tại các hạng mục Gói thầu A1, A3 – Dự án cải thiện điều kiện vệ sinh môi trường Hải Phòng, cùng đi có giám đốc BĐH dự án nước Hải Phòng và đại diện phòng Quản lý xây lắp TCT. Tại công trường dự án, Giám đốc Ban điều hành dự án Hải Phòng đã báo cáo về công tác triển khai thi công và tiến độ thực hiện dự án gói thầu A1, A3.

Ban điều hành dự án nước Hải Phòng – Tổng công ty Xây dựng Bạch Đằng đã tích cực chỉ đạo và đôn đốc các đơn vị thi công: Công ty cổ phần XNK và Xây dựng Bạch Đằng; Công ty cổ phần Bạch Đằng 7; Công ty cổ phần Xây dựng Bạch Đằng 234 triển khai tổ chức thi công, bổ sung nhân lực, máy móc thiết bị vào công trường đẩy nhanh tiến độ toàn dự án. Hiện tại các công việc đã được triển khai hết sức khẩn trương.
 


Thi công rút cọc cừ tuyến 5 (Gi thầu A1) – Ống gang cầu D1200

Qua kiểm tra tại công trường Tổng giám đốc nhấn mạnh: Gói thầu A1, A3 là một trong những Dự án Tổng công ty đảm nhận thi công có điều kiện thi công không thuận lợi (gần đường giao thông, gần nhà dân…) vì vậy các đơn vị tham gia thi công cần phải xây dựng phương án và tính toán kỹ các phương án thi công, đặc biệt chú ý đến công tác ATLĐ tại công trường, cần lắp đặt Hàng rào, barrier, biển báo công trường, lắp dựng các Biển báo dự án, biển báo công trường… lắp dựng đầy đủ, theo đúng thiết kế. Thường xuyên thu dọn rác thải xây dựng, đất thừa ra khỏi mặt bằng công trường đảm bảo vệ sinh môi trường trong khu vực thi công đảm bảo an toàn giao thông cho các phương tiện khi lưu thông qua khu vực đang thi công. Tổng giám đốc yêu cầu BĐH Dự án tập trung chỉ đạo các đơn vị được Tổng công ty giao nhiệm vụ đảm nhận thi công cần huy động nhân lực, máy móc thiết bị tập trung thi công khẩn trương hoàn thành các hạng mục đã được giao theo các mốc tiến độ đã cam kết với Chủ đầu tư.

Công ty cổ phần Bạch Đằng 7 thi công Tuyến số 1 tại đường ống bê tông cốt thép D800 từ ngã 3 Nguyên Hồng đến chân Cầu Quay đã lắp đặt được 187.7m/721.8md ống đạt 35.31%; Hoàn thiện 11/19 hố ga đạt 60% khối lượng; Thi công xong 3/5 CSO đạt 60% khối lượng; Tuyến ống D1000 từ ngã 3 Nguyên Hồng đến Cống Luồn An Kim Hải: Đã lắp đặt xong 258.8/287.4md ống, đạt 87.12%; Trong tháng 7/2013 tiếp tục thi công tuyến ống BTCT D1000  và D800 qua gầm cầu An Dương và trên đường Lán Bè.

Công ty cổ phần XD Bạch Đằng 234 thi công tuyến 5 ống gang D1200 trải dài từ khu tái định cư Vính Niệm, đường Khuất Thừa Dụ, đường Thiên Lôi đến đường Đồng Thiện. Bắt đầu thi công từ ngày 9/5/2013, tính đến hết ngày 20/6/2013, đã thi công được 123m đạt 5.73%.

Công ty cổ phần XNK và XD Bạch Đằng thi công Tuyến số 4 từ đường Lán Bè đến Chợ Hàng. ống HDPE DN 630 đã thi công xong, còn lại 22m ống BTCT DN1000 từ cọc P4.15 tới Trạm Bơm Chợ Hàng chưa thể thi công do chờ Chủ đầu tư bàn giao mặt bằng;

Trạm Bơm An Đà: Đã hoàn thành các công tác bê tông cốt thép bể trạm bơm; Hoàn thành lấp cát đen hố đào đến cos +3.70; Đã tiến hành nhổ cừ và chuẩn bị vào thi công Nhà điều hành trạm bơm An Đà.
