On October 29, 2023, Bach Dang Construction Corporation organized a ceremony to close the bid package BP02 – Social Housing Project for Low-Income Individuals in the Northwest reserve area of SaPa Town, Lao Cai Province. This event marked the completion of a portion of the Social Housing Project for Low-Income Individuals in the Northwest reserve area.

The Social Housing Project for Low-Income Individuals in the Northwest reserve area of SaPa Town, Lao Cai Province, is one of the key projects of the Government aimed at improving living conditions and promoting socio-economic development for residents in highland areas. The total project land area is 25,371 square meters, with a building area of 40%, comprising 5 separate blocks containing 917 apartment units. The total investment for the project is 925 billion Vietnamese dong.
