Project Area: 4,720m2
Location: in the New Urban Area 54,000m2 at No.97, Bach Dang Road, Hong Bang District, Hai Phong City, Vietnam.

As proposed, on the Project area 4,720m2, there will be double towers of 11 floors with a basement garage (cars, motorbikes) for the towers, supermarket and resident housing around. The flat in the towers will be 75m2, 100m2 and 145m2/unit with high standard, independent and complex. In order to be attractive, there will be a relax swimming pool and 02 tennis courts in the central of the project area.

In order to improve the view of Hai Phong City, Bach Dang Construction Corporation is making the necessary formalities to upgrade the apartment and facilities to 25 – 30 floor with total investment budget about 500 billion VND.
