On November 14, 2018 Bach Dang Construction Corporation – JSC signed a contract to execute Package BP02: Construction of basements and foundations of high-rise buildings; Package BP03: Construction of commercial mid-plate structure; Package BP04&BP05: Construction of body structure and rough construction of The Manor Lao Cai project with a total value of more than VND 375 billion.

The project is located at The Manor Palace Building, The Manor Palace Eco+ Urban Area, Bac Cuong Ward, Lao Cao City, Lao Cai Province, with the investor being Sa Pa Lao Cai Investment and Development Joint Stock Company.

The project includes 01 basement with an area of 15,000m2; 25 floors including a commercial center from the first to the third floor; Floors 4 to 16 are for luxury apartments with a total floor area of 73,500 m2. The highlight that makes The Manor Tower Lao Cai is the area of luxury hotels and serviced apartments from the 17th to the 25th floors of the tower – Citadines Central Lao Cai. This is also a project that integrates apartments, luxury serviced apartments and hotels in the same population.

The Manor Tower Lao Cai also has utilities and services such as: Commercial center, infinity pool, Sky Park, especially Sky bar and 360-degree rotating restaurant with a “million-dollar” panoramic view of the Lao Cai city.

Despite many difficulties due to the impact of the Covid-19 pandemic, in order to ensure the completion of the project as planned, Bach Dang Construction Corporation has made efforts to implement epidemic prevention measures to ensure safety for employees and mobilize the maximum human resources, machinery and equipment, organize the construction and complete the work on schedule, ensure the quality and technical skills at the request of the Investor.

Up to now, after the construction period, Bach Dang Construction Corporation has constructed 90%. Estimated time of construction until September 30, 2023 will be completed and handed over on schedule to the Investor.
