2. Bid winning, contract signing and simultaneously started five bid packages of the Urban Environmental Renovation project in four cities: .Hanoi, Hai Phong, Da Nang, Nha Trang to the value of 1,000 billion VND:

 
3.  Construction Completion of coal storage items of Vung Ang I Thermal Power Plant, area of 65.000m2 (450m long, rafter span 2x72m), the volume of structural steel nearly 6,000 tons) to ensure schedule and technical requirements and be highly appreciated by Employer.

 
4. Making a step in the restructuring of the member enterprises on capital and investment, having assignment on combination of the parent company, subsidiary companies, forming a number of major enterprises in the business of the Corporation. The results of having four member companies reaching production and business value from 300 to 450 billion VND:
– Hai Long Construction Joint Stock Company: 451 billion VND;
– Bach Dang Import Export and Construction Joint Stock Company: 357 billion VND;
– Bach Dang 201 Construction Joint Stock Company: 355 billion VND;
– Bach Dang 10 Construction Joint Stock Company: 305 billion VND.

5. Investment: Making research variety of investment promotion on urban projects in cities: Hanoi, Ho Chi Minh City, Hai Phong. Although the real estate market is stagnant, the Corporation initially has products participating in the Property market with value of over 350 billion VND, accounting for 12% of Corporation’s total revenue, contributing to completion of production and business plans of 2011.
