Based on the vote counting minutes No. 01/BBKP-ĐHĐCD dated April 26, 2023 of the General Meeting of Shareholders of Bach Dang Construction Corporation, on April 26, 2023, the General Meeting of Shareholders of the Corporation approved Resolution No. 01/NQ-ĐHĐCD approving the dismissal of Mr. Nguyen The Hung – Member of the Board of Directors of the Corporation for the term 2018-2023 and the election of Mr. Duong Van Them – Member of the Board of Directors of the Corporation for the term of 2023-2028 from April 26, 2023.
