In accordance with the directives of the General Director of Bach Dang Construction Corporation, on December 3, 2023, the corporation conducted a visit and working session at the Sapa Social Housing Project in Lao Cai province. During the visit, the working delegation inspected occupational safety and health, project documentation, construction progress, and the quality of the works.

Based on the inspection results, the Project Management Board of the Sapa Social Housing Project has diligently adhered to occupational safety regulations and ensured the timely progress of the construction project.

Currently, Bach Dang Construction Corporation has completed Package BP02 and is expeditiously progressing with the implementation of Package BP03 to meet the project schedule for timely handover to the investor.

The social housing project for low-income individuals in the Northwest Reserved Area – Sa Pa Town – Lao Cai Province is one of the key projects of the Government, aimed at improving living conditions and fostering socio-economic development for residents in the highland areas. The total project land area is 25,371 square meters, with a construction area of 40%, comprising 5 separate buildings housing a total of 917 apartment units. The project has a total investment of 925 billion VND.
