There were nearly 160 voters who were members of BDCC Standing Committee, Manager Board, General Director Board, Union’s President, Chief of Board of Controllers, Managers and Deputy Managers of BDCC Departments, Chief and Deputy Chief of BDCC Party Office and Union Office, BDCC Party Committees’ secretaries, Chairmen, Directors, Union’s Presidents of BDCC dependent units and the whole employees of BDCC attending the Conference.
